6. Lubricating grease has been placed in the reducer motor body, and lubricating oil is not required to be replaced for 12000 hours.
7. When the reduction motor is running, the rated current shall not exceed the current value indicated on the motor nameplate.
8, please pay attention to the surrounding temperature, humidity, pH and other issues.
9, adapt to the environment for-10 degrees ~+40 degrees, humidity is below 90%, indoor altitude below 1000 meters.
10, if not installed in the correct way, maintenance or operation, it may cause serious damage to the motor.
11, maintenance or disassembly need to confirm the external power supply * disconnect the reduction motor.
Safety protection devices must be installed to ensure safe operation.
13. Motor needs grounding wire, please refer to relevant regulations on power distribution.
14. Please confirm that all installation parts and transmission accessories are fixed correctly.
Start the reduction motor again.
15. If the reduction motor cooperates with the inverter at low speed transmission, it is necessary to install an independent auxiliary cooling fan.
16, single-phase reduction motor after the power is still part of the capacitor charge, please discharge or terminal grounding.
17. When the motor is installed vertically, please inform the technical department of our factory in advance.
